Condition of biliary system during the staphylococci enterocolites on newborns

Tashkent Pediatric Medical Institute, Tashkent Objective: To study biliary system during different degree of staphylococci enterocolites on newborns. DESIGN: We have examined 64 newborn at the age from 5 till 28 days with enterocolites staphylococci etiology. On 52% newborn's was observed heavy-average degree staphylococci enterocolites which leak out with increasing temperature till 38oC on 4 newborn. On 39 newborns in this grope otmechalos vomit jaundice of skin, increasing of liver till 3-3,5sm. In analyses of blood most of them revealed lecocitozis and accelerating ESR. Hyperbilirubinemia and hypercholesterinemia on 34 (65,38) patients. On 25 patients in this grope according to USG information were revealed disturbances in bile ducts. There were hypotonical diskinisea, on 8 patient hypertonic hyperkinetical type. 15 patient registered inflammatory process in biliary duct and only 4 newborn in this grope were absent changes in bile duct system. 12 (18,75%) revealed heavy degree staphylococci aenterocolites which leak out with rising temperature till 39oC jaundice, toxicosis, leucosytosis with neutrophulic move. There were increasing as conjugated and as unconjugated bilirubine and accelerating concentration of cholesterine. In all patients in this grope according to USG information observed expressed inflammatory changes in biliary system. So researched changes in bile duct on 93,80% newborns frequently as a functional disturbances and seldom as a inflammatory disturbances.
